  1. There is a better solution but you can use all solutions together.

    Netcut changes the ARP table in your computer and in the router, So you should add the mac address of your router as a static entry in uour computrr like this.
    Opem command prompt in administration level.
    Write this where "llocal area network" is the name of your network cwrd, it could be anything like "WI-FI" so check uou network parameters.. aa-bb-cc-dd.. etc this is jusy an example of the mac of your router

    netsh interface ipv4 add neighbor "local area connection" aa-bb-cc-dd-ee-ff

    Finally go to your router and go to where there is LAN settings and try to find an option where you can add the mac adress as a static entry in the router, so that the router will reserve an IP adress only gor your mac address .
